侯志军,男,1977年生,教授,博士生导师,国家重点研发项目课题负责人。2011于野生动物植物保护与利用国家重点学科获博士学位,2016.09-2017.09为美国康奈尔大学兽医学院访问学者。在林学野生动植物保护与利用招收博士研究生、畜牧学招收科学硕士研究生、畜牧和林业招收专业学位研究生。 学院虫媒疫病与病原生态学创新研究团队负责人。 近五年,主持十三五国家重点研发项目课题等科研项目11项;以第一通讯作者发表SCI论文22篇,其中中科院一区文章3篇,Top期刊文章9篇,Cell子刊封面文章1篇,累计影响因子近80分;获专利7项,软件著作权2项;参与编写著作2部、林业行业标准2项。获黑龙江省部级拔尖人才(C类人才)、全国百名优秀博士后资助者称号;获黑龙江省医疗卫生新技术应用奖1项、黑龙江高等教育成果二等奖1项、3700COm威尼斯教学质量一等奖2项。

一、虫媒疫病研究方向:
近年虫媒疫病高发,成为了新的公共卫生问题。
1、蜱传森林脑炎、莱姆病、斑点热等疾病诊断和免疫机制研究
2、蜱虫高效贮存和传播蜱媒病原体的分子和生态机制
二、病原生态学研究方向:
病原体和宿主的协同进化是动物生态学的重要内容,是野生动物疫病和动物生态学中新的热点科学问题。
1、 病原体基因组学及与宿主的协同进化研究。
2、 寄生虫的耐药及耐药机制的研究。
